Where We Deliver
haul currently delivers within Bengaluru only. We deliver to addresses within 8 km of a participating shop; the app checks your address before you order and tells you if we cannot deliver there. We do not ship outside India.
Delivery Time
haul offers same-day delivery while shops are open. Before you pay, checkout shows an estimated delivery window based on how long the shop needs to pack your order and how far the rider must travel. Orders placed after a shop closes are not accepted for that shop until it reopens. Estimates can occasionally slip because of traffic, weather or shop readiness; we will keep you updated in the app.
How Your Order Is Delivered
An order can include up to 3 pieces from each of up to 2 shops. Each shop must first confirm your order, then packs its items, and a delivery partner collects them from that shop. If your order includes two shops, each is collected by its own rider and the parts may arrive separately. You can follow each parcel in the app.
Delivery Charges
The delivery fee is quoted live at checkout for each shop in your order and shown before you pay. It depends on the distance between the shop and your address. There are no other delivery charges.
Delivery Partners
Deliveries are carried out by our third-party delivery partners. We share only what they need to complete the delivery: your name, phone number and delivery address.
If a Delivery Cannot Be Completed
If a rider cannot reach you or cannot complete the delivery, we will contact you to arrange another attempt. If the order cannot be delivered, it is returned to the shop and refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Return Pickups
Returns are collected from your delivery address by a rider in the 6–8 PM pickup slot on the day you choose. There is no charge for a return pickup.
